Return eligibility

We accept returns for qualified items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition (with all original tags and in the original packaging).

Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned or refunded.

How the return works

If your item qualifies for a return, follow these simple steps:

Contact us at support@marconzept.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that the return of goods is only possible after prior consultation with our customer service.

Goods sent by us to the return address indicated on the packaging without obtaining prior approval and without providing a valid reason cannot be returned and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please read the return conditions carefully and, if necessary, contact our support team in advance to clarify and agree on the further procedure.

Send the item back within 30 days after your return request has been approved.

Important: If you make a return with a shipping provider that does not offer international tracking, the return is not considered properly completed.

A return without complete international tracking cannot be accepted as a basis for a refund. Please use an insured and internationally trackable shipping service that allows tracking throughout the entire shipping route including the destination country.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs

  • The return of goods is to the return address we provide, which is located in Asia. MarConzept is not responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects or goods damaged during transport;
  • We recommend using insured shipping with tracking to ensure the package arrives with us.

Refund process

Once we have received your return, we will:

  • Check the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Send a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange

Would you like a different size or Colour? A direct exchange is possible. Please contact us so we can initiate the exchange for you.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@marconzept.com . After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can return the item after receipt according to our return policy.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

We do our best to ensure every order is perfect! If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@marconzept.com with:

  • Photos of the item and the packaging
  • Your order number

We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible and at no additional cost to you!

Non-returnable items

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygienic reasons) are excluded from returns.
