Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to customers in Germany and United Kingdom.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment is received.
After processing, the shipping time is usually 5-8 business days.
Shipping begins after receiving the shipping confirmation email, which also contains the tracking number.
Some orders require additional security checks. If verification is needed, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days

Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to deliver on time, but occasionally delays can occur due to delivery service issues, customs clearance, or unexpected events.
If your delivery is taking unusually long, contact us and we will assist you.
Mar Conzept assumes no responsibility for delays caused by an incorrect delivery address at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

We want to make sure you receive your order safely! If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Ask neighbors or the building manager.
Check if the delivery person has left a notification.
If you still can't find your package, contact us – we are happy to help.

Change of delivery address

Would you like to change the delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may no longer be able to make changes.
